Admission Documents

1. A recent passport-size photograph of the applicant has to be affixed.
2. Attested copies of the certificates and marks of the applicant from H.S.L.C. or its equivalent onwards must be attached.
3. The attested copy of the Baptismal Certificate must be enclosed.
4. If the applicant is already assured of financial support (If sponsored by a section, conference, or union), a letter of agreement from the concerned body/person must be enclosed.
5. Confidential Assessment Forms to be filled by the one “Referee” are enclosed along with this form. These should be given by the applicant to the Referee who should complete and send the same directly to the College via our Gmail. Forms could be filled in English.
6. The Confidential Report Forms of the applicant’s local church committee and his/her pastor are also enclosed along with this form. The concerned church committee and pastor should fill out the forms and send them directly to the college via our Gmail. The forms could be filled out in English.
7. Original copies of all educational certificates must be produced at the time of the Personal Interview by GATE ATC (through online video), and if an applicant is accepted, the original documents are required to be submitted to the registrar of GATE ATC.
8. The Student Code of Conduct form should be attached to the admission form.
9. The scholarship form should be attached and submitted via email.

1. The completed application form should be mailed to the President, GATE Adventist Theological College, Falakata, Parangarpar, PO. 735211.
