From January 21st to 25th, 2025, the GATE college hosted a transformative event: the Creation Camp. This unique experience brought together 66 students for a dive into nature, faith, and the cosmos, with guidance from two esteemed instructors, Sohn Kyungsang and Lee Yohan from South Korea, affiliated with the Byeolsaekkotdol Creation Center. Participants were grouped and assigned tents for their stay. The camp was designed to merge the beauty of creation with spiritual exploration, fostering a connection between God’s word, nature, and the universe. Each day at Creation Camp began with a morning meditation on God's word, This time of stillness was followed by personal reading of nature and universe, where individuals had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the nature and God’s love.
One of the most impactful elements of the camp was the teaching sessions led by Sohn Kyungsang and Lee Yohan. Drawing from their expertise, they shared insights about the intersection of faith and creation, emphasizing how both the natural world and the scriptures speak to God's grandeur. Nature played a central role throughout the camp. One of the most exhilarating parts of the day was bird watching, where participants had the chance to observe various bird species through binoculars and fieldscopes, guided by the expert instructors. This not only provided a chance to connect with nature but also served as a reminder of the intricate design of life in the natural world.

As the day transitioned to evening, the camp’s focus shifted to the stars. Nightly star watching, complete with telescopes and guidance, offered participants a chance to gaze at the vast universe. Under the Indian sky, the stars provided an awe-inspiring connection to the Creator and His immense creation. The campers were not only students but also experienced master guides. As part of the camp, they participated in various activities, including drills, flag hoisting, and flag lowering ceremonies. These activities helped them develop a deeper sense of discipline, teamwork, and leadership. In addition, the camp provided an opportunity for them to earn additional honors, further enhancing their collection of achievements and reinforcing their commitment to personal growth and guiding excellence.
