INTENSIVE CLASSES
Date Published

The College conducted a two-week Intensive Class program from 9–20 February 2026, held daily from 8:20 AM to 12:30 PM in the respective classrooms for First, Second, and Third Year Theology students. This special academic session was designed to provide concentrated, in-depth engagement with core biblical subjects under the guidance of distinguished visiting professors.
A Special Welcoming Ceremony for our visiting professors was held on 8 February 2026 at 3:30 PM at El Bethel Church, attended by the entire campus community. The occasion marked the beginning of a spiritually and academically enriching period for our institution.

First Year – Pentateuch
The First Year class was led by Dr. Chunsik Park, PhD, from Sahmyook University. He taught the Pentateuch based on his authored book, Everlasting Gospel in Genesis. Through careful exposition and theological reflection, students gained a deeper understanding of the foundational themes of creation, covenant, redemption, and the everlasting gospel revealed in Genesis and the Law. His clear instruction and approachable teaching style created an engaging classroom atmosphere, and students testified to being both intellectually enriched and spiritually blessed.

Second Year – Historical Books
The Second Year class was conducted by Dr. Nam Dae-geuk, PhD, Former President of Sahmyook University. He presented a comprehensive study of the Historical Books of the Old Testament, emphasizing God’s providence, leadership principles, covenant faithfulness, and the spiritual lessons embedded in Israel’s history. Students actively participated in academic discussions and successfully completed assigned projects, which were submitted at the conclusion of the two-week intensive session.

Third Year – Studies in Revelation
The Third Year class was instructed by Dr. Hyunsok John Doh, PhD, Professor of New Testament Studies at Southern Adventist University. He taught Studies in Revelation, guiding students through the apocalyptic structure, theological themes, and prophetic significance of the book. His scholarly depth and Christ-centered approach greatly enhanced the students’ understanding of Revelation, equipping them with sound principles of interpretation and pastoral application.
Throughout these two weeks, the College faculty and students were profoundly blessed by the dedication, scholarship, and sacrificial service of our three visiting professors. Their willingness to invest time, energy, and expertise into our academic community has left a lasting impact on both our theological formation and spiritual growth.
On behalf of the administration, faculty, and students, we express our heartfelt gratitude for their invaluable contribution to our institution. The Intensive Classes 2026 will be remembered as a significant milestone in strengthening our commitment to biblical excellence and mission-centered ministry.
